Resulting from the survey into requirements for authentication and integrity of
digital accounting records the ETSI  specialist task force on Signatures for
Digital Accounting (STF 305 - SODA) has produced two draft documents:

a)	A Technical Report on “Best Practices for handling electronic 
signatures and signed data for digital accounting” 
(ETSI-SODA-DTR-000046-09.pdf)

b)	A Technical Specification on “Policy requirements for trust service 
providers signing and/or storing data for digital accounting”
(ETSI-SODA-DTS-000047-02.pdf)

These documents are available for download at:

The ETSI STF 305 - SODA would welcome comments on these documents.  So that we 
can meet our deadline for publication comments are requested by 12th January 
2007.
