This corresponds to 3GPP TS 29.198 Release 6 specifications from June 2006.Work has started on Parlay 5.2 and some drafts are now available. When completed it will be published as an update of ETSI ES 203 915.
ETSI EG 201 988-3 contains the requirements behind ETSI OSA Phase 3 and Parlay 5.
Work has started on Parlay X 3.0, and drafts are now available. When completed, it will be published by ETSI as ES 202 504.
Parlay X 2.0 has been published by ETSI in March 2005 as ES 202 391 V1.1.1.

Each document is specified using UML and IDL. Each contains sequence diagrams, class diagrams, full interface and method descriptions, state transition diagrams, data type descriptions, and IDL code attachment.
ETSI ES 202 170 contains PICS and ETSI ES 202 196 contains test specifications for OSA Phase 1 / Parlay 3.
In addition to the TS 29.198 series, 3GPP have also produced a Technical Report which provides a suggested mapping to various network protocols. This is 3GPP TR 29.998, and it exists for Release 4, Release 5, and Release 6.
